Remember I had told you about Kenya Wine Club and Brown Biashara in this post?  Well, I have been working closely with them in documenting what they have been up to. I believe that in Africa, South Africa is house to the best wines and this prompted me to start the “Visit a South African Winery” category earlier this year.

The Trip

Peter and Joanne from Brown Biashara visited 20 vineyards in 7 days. They were joined on the trip by Kenya’s leading sommelier Juan Cambil, who also consults for BBL.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our time tasting many different wines, touring wine cellars and vineyards and personally meeting some of the people we have been corresponding with all year. Thank you to all those who hosted us so wonderfully.

Here are the photos of their trip.
